Follow the steps below to submit a return request for a defect, wrong item received, or change of mind.

1. Enter Order Detail

Fill in your order number and the email address used during purchase.

 

 

2. Select Item(s) & Choose Return

If you’re requesting a refund due to a defective, wrong item, or change of mind, select Return.

 

 

3. Select Reason for Return

Choose the appropriate reason from the list. Upload a clear photo of the item and provide a brief description.

 

4. Choose Refund Method

Select Store Credit as your preferred option.

 

5. Double Check & Submit

Review your request and click “Ship back myself” to proceed.

 

6. Wait for Request Review

Please allow 2–3 working days for our team to review your request.

 

7. Updates Through Email

You’ll receive email notifications for all processes and updates.
