1) Outlet Manager @ Aeon Mall Shah Alam
Job Description :
- Lead in realizing or exceeding determined sales plans and target metric objectives.
- Ensure consistent execution of company’s marketing and visual presentation.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise on counter to or tables to promote sales.
- Train staff on how to drive sales through consistent development of product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management.
- Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transaction and bulk count as guided by senior management.
- Ensure the store is secured at closing by checking all are safe.
- Keep daily records of store sales, damages, deposit log, scheduling, employee discount and new hire paperwork.
- Manage any promotion or events within Aeon Shah Alam.
- Liase and work together with Aeon Mall Shah Alam management on leasing, marketing, events, finance and other related departments.
Qualification :
- Having experience as Supervisor or Store Manager in Fashion Retail at least 1 years is required.
- Have a strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Have a good communication skills in fluent English and interpersonal skills
- Customer services-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Flexibility to work in shifts
2) Assistant Outlet Manager @ Sunway Putra Mall
Job Description :

Job Scope:
- Assists in performing daily book keeping using accounting system
- Assists Perform bank reconciliation
- Assists to manage external auditor, tax consultant and secretariat.

(Part-Time) TikTok Host Live
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Selling Baju Kurung & Baju Kebaya of Bayu Somerset on tiktok live.
- Host live streams: Go live on TikTok regularly to engage with the audience in real time. Create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere to encourage participation and interaction.
- Plan and organize live events: Develop ideas for live events such as Q&A sessions, challenges, tutorials, performances, and collaborations.
- Engage with viewers: Interact with viewers by responding to comments, answering questions, and addressing their concerns during the live broadcasts. Maintain a positive and inclusive environment that encourages active participation.
- Stay up-to-date with trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, challenges, filters, and features on TikTok. Incorporate popular elements into your live streams to attract and retain viewership.
- Uphold community guidelines: Adhere to TikTok's community guidelines and policies while hosting live streams. Promote a safe and respectful environment for viewers and discourage any inappropriate behavior.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum SPM
- No working experience needed
- Strong knowledge of TikTok
- Excellent communication skills; Talkative and not shy infront camera.
