How long does it take for my E-Invoice to be validated?

Once you request the e-invoice submission link, please complete the form & submit as soon as you can, as the link is only valid for 3 days.After you submit your e-invoice information, it typically takes up to 72 hours for validation.Remember, you can only request an e-invoice within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests made after 30 days won't be validated.Once you filled in ALL information & successfully validated, you will get an official e-invoice delivered straight to your email. How to know if my submission is successful & validated?

Once you have submitted, please allow 72 hours for validation to take place. If your submission is successfully validated, you will receive an official PDF e-invoice via email with all relevant details. If you do not receive any e-invoice PDF via email, please contact help@bayusomerset.com to check on the e-invoice status.

We can hold your pickup item for 14 days from the date you receive the email that it is ready for pickup.

In the event a customer is unresponsive or unable to collect within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and the amount paid will be issued as store credit (valid for 1 year, usable on any item).

Can I exchange an item for a different size or design?

Yes, you are allowed to exchange for a different size or design, as long as you meet our eligibility criteria (here) for the exchange.

Can I exchange an item after 7 days of purchase?

Unfortunately, exchanges are only accepted within 7 days after purchase date / after the parcel is received. After this period, we are unable to process exchanges.
