NORMAL DELIVERY (WITHIN MALAYSIA)
1) What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
RM9 shipping charge on all orders within Peninsular Malaysia and RM19 for Sabah & Sarawak. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.
2) How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
We post all orders made before 12PM, Monday - Friday on the same day via NINJAVAN. NINJAVAN is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries from Monday – Friday excluding local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 12PM will only be shipped on Monday. You should receive your order within 2-5 business days after shipping. Tracking number will be sent via email. Sometimes the email may got into your junk folder. You can see the current status of your order once you key in the tracking number here: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking
If customers do not receive their order within 5 working days, please contact us to track your order.

1) What are the international shipping methods?
Bayu Somerset ships to Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei, United Kingdom, Australia and Japan:
- All shipment using using Aramex Express Courier Service. Transit time is 5 - 7 business days.
- Indonesia and Australia orders using Aramex Express Courier Service. Transit time is 5 - 7 business days.

1) When can I get my orders?
You can get your orders on the same day 1 hours right after you placed the order.
2) How will I know when to collect my order?
You will receive an email when your order is ready.
3) Do I have to bring any item as a proof?
You may give your order ID for example 'BS2834' to our retail staff. You can also show the confirmation email for them to check.
4) How long will the store hold my order?
If customer opt for pick-up option, the item must be picked up within two (2) months from the purchase date. The order will be cancelled (without refund) should customer failed to pickup within the time frame.
