LOCAL PICKUP
Customers are required to pick up their orders within 14 days after the purchase date. Unfortunately, if not collected within this timeframe, we will proceed to automatically dispose of the order. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for pickup through services like Lalamove or Grab at the selected pick-up location.
1. When can I get my orders?
Your item will be ready in 24 hours.
2. How will I know when to collect my order?
You will receive an email when your order is ready.
3. Do I have to bring any item as a proof?
You may provide your order ID for example 'BS123456' to our retail staff. You can also show the confirmation email for them to check.
NORMAL DELIVERY (WITHIN MALAYSIA)
1. What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
RM9 shipping charge on all orders within Peninsular Malaysia and RM19 for Sabah & Sarawak. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted. Enjoy free shipping within Malaysia with a minimum spend of RM300 and above.
2. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
We post all orders made before 12PM, Monday - Friday on the same day via NINJAVAN. NINJAVAN is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries from Monday – Friday excluding local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 12PM will only be shipped on Monday.
Please be aware that order processing and delivery takes:

West Malaysia: 3–5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

East Malaysia: 5–10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been processed. Sometimes the email may go into your junk/spam folder. You can check the current status of your order by entering the tracking number here: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking
If you did not receive a tracking number update on your order within 5 working days, please contact us at help@bayusomerset to track your order.

Customers may receive one or more parcels from multi-location.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (LALAMOVE)
1. What is the cost for Express Delivery?
Starting from RM15, depending on delivery distance. Recently opened for Kuala Lumpur & Selangor area only
2. Is Express Delivery available everyday?
No, kindly refer to the details below:
- Day: Monday -Friday (excluding weekends & public holiday)
- Time: 10AM - 2PM
- Last Call: 2PM
3. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
Kindly order within 10AM to 2PM (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) to receive your parcel within the same day via Lalamove.
4. Can I redeem my credit or points for this express delivery?
Express delivery does not support points, store credit, or discount codes.
5. Why isn't free shipping applied to my Express Delivery order?
Currently, free shipping is available exclusively for Standard Shipping. If you need your items to be delivered the same day, you can choose Express Delivery and the shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE)
1. What are the international shipping methods?
Bayu Somerset ships to Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei, Thailand, Australia and Japan, United Kingdom, Philippines, Canada and Germany.
Please be aware that order processing and delivery takes 5–30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- All shipment using using Aramex Express Courier Service. Transit time is 5 - 7 business days.
- Indonesia and Australia orders using Aramex Express Courier Service. Transit time is 5 - 7 business days.
- Shipment will be via Ninjavan or Aramex.
- Please refer to the tracking number provided and be aware that international shipping costs may vary depending on the currency.

3. Customs Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If duties or taxes are not paid, or if the parcel is refused by the customer:
- The order is strictly non-refundable (including item and shipping fees)
- All return shipping costs, customs charges, and any related fees will be borne by the customer
- If the parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or not returned, the order will remain non-refundable
By placing an order, the customer agrees to and accepts these terms.
