ELIGIBILITY

1. Only for purchase on a website or outlet (Strictly no exchange for marketplace purchase).

2. Cut-off time for exchange request:

  • Online purchase (Website): Walk-in at outlet within 7 days after the parcel is received.
  • Offline purchase (Outlet/Booth) : Walk-in at outlet within 7 days after purchase.

3. Sale items are not allowed. 

4. All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unironed. All tags, labels with extra button (if any) must be attached.

5. Customers are permissible to exchange size or design. Any differential amount less than original item price will not be refunded.

6. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Valid for purchases made with registered email address and phone number.

NOTE:
  1. Strictly no exchange allowed for any purchase made via marketplace i.e. Shopee, Tiktok and Zalora as these return & exchanges transactions are managed by third-party vendors and handled separately from Bayu Somerset. Click below for more information.
STEPS TO EXCHANGE

If all the eligibility are met for the exchange, you may proceed with the exchange via:

1. Exchange via Outlet

  • Visit any of our outlets (except Parkson Paradigm Mall JB) to exchange the size or design.
  • Purchases made at Parkson Paradigm Mall JB can only be exchanged at the same outlet.

If you are unable to visit an outlet, you can submit a return via shipping. Kindly refer to the ‘Return’ section below for details.

Return

(Defect / Wrong Item / Change of Mind)

ELIGIBILITY

1. Only for purchase on a website or outlet (Strictly no return for marketplace purchase).

2. Cut-off time for return request:

  • Online purchase (Website): Submit via website (Return Request) within 7 days after the parcel is received.
  • Offline purchase (Outlet/Booth) : Walk-in at outlet within 7 days after purchase.

3. Returns are only applicable for defective, wrongly received items or change of mind.

4. Returns for the value of items and postage fees will be issued as store credit only. Bank transfers are not available.

5. All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unironed. All tags, labels with extra button (if any) must be attached.

6. Valid for purchases made with registered email address and phone number.

NOTE:

1. Bayu Somerset reserves the right to determine the severity of the defect. If we find that the buyer is abusing our policies, returning items not in their original condition, or engaging in suspicious return activities, we have the right to reject your return request.

STEPS TO RETURN

If all the eligibility are met for the return, you may proceed with the return via:

1. Return via Shipping

Provide your ID order number and the reason for the return requests here. Please refer here for the guidelines.

  • Shipping Costs: For defective or incorrect item requests, postage cost for the return parcel will be borne by us via store credit.
  • Store Credit Issue: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your store credit refund (MYR Currency) within 2-5 working days, (excluding weekends and public holidays) which you can use to purchase any item of your choice.
  • Store Credit Validity: Store credit is non-transferable and valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
