EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Exchange (Size / Design)
ELIGIBILITY
1. Only for purchase on a website or outlet (Strictly no exchange for marketplace purchase).
2. Cut-off time for exchange request:
- Online purchase (Website): Submit via website (Exchange and Refund Request ) within 7 days after the parcel is received.
- Offline purchase (Outlet/Booth) : Walk-in at outlet within 7 days after purchase.
3. Sale items and any purchases made with discounts, vouchers and coupons are not allowed.
4. All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unironed. All tags, labels with extra button (if any) must be attached.
5. Customers are permissible to exchange size or design. Any differential amount less than original item price will not be refunded.
6. All same design exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Customers are only eligible for ONE-TIME exchange per receipt only.
NOTE:
- Strictly no exchange allowed for any purchase made via marketplace i.e. Shopee, Tiktok and Zalora as these return & exchanges transactions are managed by third-party vendors and handled separately from Bayu Somerset. Click below for more information.
STEPS TO EXCHANGE
If all the eligibility are met for the exchange, you may proceed with the exchange via:
1. Exchange via Outlet
Visit any of our outlets (except SOGO KL Mall*) to exchange the size or design
2. Exchange via Shipping
Kindly submit your exchange requests HERE and to view further details.
- Shipping Costs: All postage cost for the return parcel will be borne by the customer.
- Refund Gift Card: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your gift card refund (MYR Currency) within 2-5 working days, (excluding weekends and public holidays) which you can use to purchase any item of your choice. The gift card is valid for 1 month from the issue date.
*Only for purchases made at SOGO KL Mall outlet, customers are allowed to exchange at SOGO Mall KL Outlet.

Refund (Defect / Wrong Item)
ELIGIBILITY
1. Only for purchase on a website or outlet (Strictly no refund for marketplace purchase).
2. Cut-off time for refund request:
- Online purchase (Website): Submit via website (Exchange and Refund Request ) within 7 days after the parcel is received.
- Offline purchase (Outlet/Booth) : Walk-in at outlet within 7 days after purchase.
3. Refunds are only applicable for defective or wrongly received items.
4. Refunds for the value of items and postage fees will be issued as gift card only. Cash refunds are not available.
5. All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unironed. All tags, labels with extra button (if any) must be attached.
6. Customers are only eligible for ONE-TIME refund per receipt only.
NOTE:
1. Bayu Somerset reserves the right to determine the severity of the defect. If we find that the buyer is abusing our policies, returning items not in their original condition, or engaging in suspicious return activities, we have the right to reject your refund request.
