Sizing issue

I took XS. In the chart, the sizing for shoulder is 14.5in. My tailor-made shoulder sizing is usually 14.25. So, initially I thought the size will be a bit bigger on me. But in actual, the kebaya shoulder is a lot smaller than my shoulder which make it uncomfortable.

Second issue is the kain, usually the lipat is deeper. This kain, the lipat is small. Would prefer to be a bit deeper.
