Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return and exchanges by following this policy:

  1. You may reach us within 7 days for return exchanges or faulty items after delivery / after purchases.
  2. ONE-TIME exchange per receipt only.
  3. Return and exchanges applicable for size and faulty items only.
  4. Exchange size applicable for the SAME item, colour, pattern. All exchange items subject to stock availability.
  5. Any sale items, free size items and any purchases made with Discount Coupons are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
  6. Items must be returned UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNIRONED.
  7. All TAGS, LABELS with EXTRA BUTTONS must be attached.
  8. Due to manual measurement, differences 1-2 inches will not be accepted as we have stated on each item measurement chart.
  9. Product colour may slightly vary due to photography lighting depending on screen resolution.
  10. We have the right to monitor and reject any suspicious defect return activities.
  11. If the item is tempered with one of the conditions, we have the right to decline your request.
RETURN via WEBSITE

Malaysia

You may apply here for return and exchanges. Postage cost for the return parcel will be borne by the customer.
If you have exceeded the timeline we were given, your request will not entertain and we have the right to decline.

OUTLETS/BOOTH

You may exchange at any outlet within 7 days of purchase except SOGO Mall and Radia Office Bukit Jelutong. All items subject to stock availability.
Strictly NO CASH refund.

 

TIKTOK / SHOPEE (MARKETPLACE)

Thank you for your purchase! However, any purchases from Marketplace are governed under their designated platforms’ policy. Kindly submit your return request through the designated platforms' and your items must meet this conditions:

  1. For hygiene purposes, items must be returned UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNIRONED.
  2. All TAGS, LABELS with EXTRA BUTTONS must be attached along with original packing.

If the item has been tampered with one of the conditions above, we have the right to decline / dispute your request.

 

FAULTY / DEFECT

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. 

Please reach out at help@bayusomerset.com within 7 days after delivery / purchase along with your order details and also attach a photo of the defect in different angles at email. 

All TAGS, LABELS with EXTRA BUTTONS must be attached and visible on a photo.

If the fault is on us, the postage cost will be borne by us. Kindly refer to our policy for return and exchanges.

 Minor defects like loose buttons, untrimmed threads, minor stains (washable), minor printing defects (hidden and not obvious) are not applicable for new replacement or refund. Kindly reach us at help@bayusomerset.com for further assistance.

We have the right to finalise the defect level and reject any suspicious defect return activities.

 

REFUND

Your refund will be reimbursed through STORE CREDIT (MYR Currency) on BS account within 3-5 working days after approval. 

Strictly NO CASH refunds. We offer store credit or exchanges only.

No refund can made for downsize exchange.

Store Credit is valid to use ONCE only and any item that is purchased with Store Credit cannot be returned again. 

 

PICKUP

  1. You may check pickup availability at our website, pick your size and click at IN-STORE PICKUP.
  2. We can only hold your item for 14 days only and if you did not pickup within timeline, you have to pay for shipping or Lalamove / Grab delivery service.
  3. Any late pickup more than 7 days is not eligible for exchange size, you may refer to our Return & Exchanges policy. Customers will hold the responsibility.
  4. We are more than happy if you inform us of your pickup schedule.
