What is the return policy?
We provide exchange services during non-peak season. All return items must be returned in an UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for exchange only. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
You may post the return items to:

For exchanges due to sizing error by customers, there will be extra charge of RM20 (Semenanjung) and RM30 (Sabah & Sarawak) for postage and handling fees. Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are not eligible for return and are non-refundable. Customers are responsible to ensure that the measurement of every part of the body fit the measurement given through the size chart.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE PROCESS:
If the return tag is still attached and the item is in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition, returns will be accepted for changing to another/same item with same purchased value. Returns must be posted within:
a) seven (7) days of receiving your order.
b) We will post it to you if the size you requested still available once we received the return parcel.
c) Our working hours are on Tuesday - Saturday from 8.30 am to 5.30pm. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied on the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered. Email can be sent to email@example.com or contact us at 019-2393053.
What should I do when I received a defect item/ wrong item/ missing item?
For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with you order number. Our team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or you may call us at +6019-2393053. We will advise accordingly.
