Exchange & Refund via Shipping (Gift Card)

               

Please follow the steps below to request an exchange / refund to receive it in the form of a gift card:

1. Enter Order Information

Fill in your order number and the email address you used during the purchase.

 

 

 

2. Select Item(s) & Reason for Return

Choose the item(s) you want to return and select the appropriate reason.

 

 


3. Upload Photo (For Defect / Wrong Item Refund Only)

If you’re requesting a refund due to a defective or wrong item received, please upload a clear photo of the item. Otherwise, you may skip this step.

 



4. Choose “Refund to Gift Card”

Select "Refund to Gift Card" as your refund method and click Next.

 

 

 


 

5. Ship the Item

 Use any courier service to send the parcel. Once shipped, submit the tracking number via:

  • The return page ("Enter Shipment Details"), or

  • The email you received ("Add Tracking Details").

 



 

6. Wait for Return Review

Once your return is received, please allow 2–3 working days for our team to review the item.

 

 

7. Receive Your Gift Card

You’ll receive an email notification once the gift card has been issued. 

You can use it to purchase any item at website & outlets.
