Internship program
We offer Internship Program for diploma and degree students in our Bayu Somerset HQ. Our internship programs open to a limited students and are given the opportunity to explore their professional interests with the guidance of Bayu Somerset team.
Business Admin
-Handle business finances and involve in budgeting process
-Handle Shopee store and telegram
-Reorganise and involve in staff hiring
Marketing
-Assisting with the design, social media ads and email blasts
-Conducting market research to determine a target audience's needs, wants, habits and interests
-Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved
-Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
Journalism
-Write up for blog post
-Creating weekly newsletter
-Assist on social media copy writing
Accounting
-Prepare budget forecasts
-Publish financial statements in time
-Manage all accounting transactions
-Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
-Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Photography
-Meeting with designers to generate unique concepts for photo shoots
-Understanding fashions, style and fabrics and how to shoot them
-Using different types of light and modern technologies in photography
Graphic Design
-Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval
-Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
-Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop
-Social media posting & promotional activity. ix. Video editing for customer testimonial feedback
Fashion Design
- Select and coordinate outfits, colors and accessories for products and campaign photoshoots
- Conduct research on current fashion trends and develop ideas for new products based on research data
- Fashion sketches for design proposal
-Liaise with tailor
-Provide support on social media content creation
-Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee
